These visuals can often be a powerful tool throughout the planning application process, enabling all parties and authorities to better envisage the proposals than from technical drawings alone.
We can add grass, trees, hedges and other vegetation, change brickwork, woodwork, roof tiles, windows and doors, re-shape and re-size buildings, add tracks, drives and fencing.
The farm above is one example of a visual we have contributed as part of a planning appeal (subsequently successful) and below is a visual of a barn conversion currently undergoing building work. This visual is mainly used to stimulate interest from commercial clients.
